Forced Performance HTA DSM82 Ball Bearing Turbocharger

接連不斷來臨的寒流, 加上陰霾綿雨的天氣, 雖然還有一堆未完成的計畫, 卻也不得不延後進行, 還好朋友來訪, 帶來令人眼睛一亮的好東西, 談談聊聊, 也挺熱血的.
今天的主角, Forced Performance HTA DSM82 Ball Bearing Turbocharger, FP官網說明如下:
FP HTA™ DSM82 turbocharger for a DSM flanged vehicle is very similar the to the standard GT3582R Garrett turbocharger in overall size, but that is where the similarities end and your new found power begins. It comes with a 4" inlet and 2.5" outlet anti-surge ported compressor housing. The turbine housing is the tried and true FP30 style turbine housing with a 4 bolt DSM flange inlet and 2.5" v-band outlet. The FP30 style turbine housing also provides for mounting of a TiAL 44mm wastegate directly onto the turbine housing.

4吋的渦輪進氣口, 及2.5吋的渦輪出風口, 排氣入口為DSM規格的單一入口, 四個固定螺絲孔, 2.5吋的快拆式V-band排氣出口, 適用V-Band TiAL 44mm WasteGate, 雙層七葉的鍛造葉片, 出風量75 lb/min, 約730+ WHP.
與小兄弟FP Big28合照, 4吋的渦輪進氣口(二次進氣), FP Big28真是迷你啊.

渦輪出風口比較, FP Big28是原廠升級直上取向, 出口方向與原廠相同.

排氣側比較.

O2 Housing銜接的方式明顯不同.

排氣進氣端都是DSM Flange type, 搭配FP DSM Race Manifold相信更是渾然天成.

高檔好物, 來幾張網路上找到的FP Intake+FP HTA88 Turbocharger+FP Manifold+TiAL 44mm WG+O2 Housing的設定照片(FP HTA88跟FP HTA82是差不多的東西, 差在渦輪進氣端葉片底座的尺寸, 出風量約80 lb/min, 約800+ WHP).
